City of Gold is a collection of passionate music written about Jerusalem through the ages and includes both ancient and modern melodies. The music arrangements were specially commissioned for the CD.
The recording was inspired by Jerusalem's 3,000th anniversary in 1995. There are also a few tracks where Sunita and violin virtuoso Tracy Silverman combine their talent in improvisations to melt your heart. A companion book of City of Gold solo harp arrangements is also available.
