New Century Harp Competition       

2006 Winners

There were ten 2006 winners; each will have their arrangements published in a new book by Afghan Press, to be available in the summer of 2007. In addition the following prizes have been awarded in each of the two categories.

• First Prize: $100 cash from Sommerset Harp Festival - plus - $50 gift certificate from Sylvia Woods Harp Center - plus - the opportunity to perform the winning arrangement at the 2007 Sommerset Harp Festival (July 19-22, Sommerset NJ).
• Second Prize: $50 gift certificate from the Virginia Harp Center - plus - $25 gift certificate from Syvia Woods Harp Center.
• Third Prize: $25 gift certificate from Sylvia Woods - plus - $10 gift certificate from Musicmakers Kits.
